Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, directing them through registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, file, fax, scan documents and complete daily callbacks.
• Check in and discharge patients, assist clinical staff and close the office at shift end.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments and post balances.
• Maintain a neat, professional work environment and appearance.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
