Job summary

USA Clinics Group- seeks a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs and maintain an efficient office workflow while supporting physicians through all stages of procedures, ensuring an excellent service experience. The role requires a High School Diploma, experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment, and bilingual Spanish-English proficiency, with paid training provided.

Full-time float position across Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and Ridgewood clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Previous receptionist/front-desk/administrative/customer service experience.
• Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
