Pride Health is hiring an Administration - PSC Registration Rep to support our client’s medical facility in Springfield, OR 97477. This is a 3+ month assignment with potential extension or conversion.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. Responsibilities include patient greeting, kiosk sign-in assistance, data entry, insurance billing/payments, HIPAA compliance, and multi-location support as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a front-office setting.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and treat all customers courteously.
• Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and ensure accuracy of information.
• Contact clients to obtain patient orders and support front-office operations.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and maintain compliance.
• Perform basic clerical duties including filing, faxing, and mail preparation.
• Demonstrate commitment to Pride Health values and code of conduct.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and report to work on time.
• Answer phones using company name and a helpful, courteous approach.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate handling of information.
• Complete required training and assist with stocking supplies.
• Support multiple locations as needed and handle special projects.

Job Name: Administration - PSC Registration Rep

Location: Springfield OR 97477 / Eugene OR 97404

Duration: 6+ months + Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Shift: Monday - Friday 07:30 Am – 16:30 Pm, may change

Pay rate: $21/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all PSC (Patient Service Center) front office duties. This function includes and is not limited to: Customer service, data entry, insurance billing and payments, problem resolution, following HIPPA regulations, and ordering office supplies. May provide support at several locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers appropriately. Treat all customers in a courteous manner.
• Assists patients with kiosk sign-in, and ensures accuracy of same.
• Contacts clients to obtain patient orders.
• Reads, understands, and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual).
• Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, preparing mail, some data entry.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and values of Quest Diagnostics.
• Adheres to departmental and company policies.
• Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines.
• Answers the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner, by incorporating the company name, self-identification and a helpful statement.
• Ensures that HIPPA Compliance regulations are followed; uses test translation tables.
• Completes all required training.
• Assists with stocking of supplies.
• Other duties as required to meet the customer requirements.
• Completes special projects as requested by supervisor or manager.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Pediatrics Phlebotomy experienced preferred

Minimum of 1 Years of Patient Service experience required
