Job summary

JACO Rehab is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Hawaii to coordinate patient flow from check-in to check-out. You are the first contact for non-clinical services, bringing a friendly, energetic presence to a one-on-one care setting.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, data entry, verifying information, and handling payments. Proficiency with Word/Excel and medical software is preferred. Flexible hours and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of previous medical front office experience.
• Excellent telephone skills.

Job Description

The Medical Receptionist is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out.
