We have an immediate opening for a friendly, experienced Medical Receptionist to fill a full-time position at our Celebration location. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow.

CRM is a physician practice of approximately 80 employees dedicated to the treatment of infertility. For more information on the company, please visit our website at www.ivforlando.com. Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Mon – Fri, with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily coverage of reception area including greeting and registering patients and ensuring a smooth flow of operation and customer satisfaction

• Provide direction and instruction for the completion of new patient documentation and all items needed by the practice for new and returning patients

• Obtain insurance information for new and returning patients for verification of benefits by financial counselors

• Collect and process patients’ payments and other patient financial activities as directed

• Manage cancellations and physician schedules to minimize any clinical downtime

• Manage the organization of patient charts, including entries into electronic medical charts and filing of physical charts

• Demonstrate an understanding of health insurance policies and collection methods (deductibles, coinsurance, copays, out-of-pocket maximums, etc.)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 year of MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE OR MEDICAL CALL CENTER experience is required
• Women's health experience preferred.
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus!
