Key Responsibilities

• Customer service and administrative duties
• Greet patients and offer beverages
• Check patients in and out, ensuring the schedule reflects appointment status
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Maintain the schedule book and organize patient charts
• Handle correspondence, including emails and confirmation calls
• Manage inventory of front office supplies
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean
• Process payments and daily financial reports
