Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and administrative duties
- Greet patients and offer beverages
- Check patients in and out, ensuring the schedule reflects appointment status
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Maintain the schedule book and organize patient charts
- Handle correspondence, including emails and confirmation calls
- Manage inventory of front office supplies
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean
- Process payments and daily financial reports
