Medical Receptionist

Hourly Rate: $20.76

Position Summary

A on‑call Receptionist will process patient information, create and confirm medical appointments, contact patients by phone, take messages, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also requires occasionally traveling to and working at the Elma Medical Clinic. Candidates must be problem‑solving, communicative, professional, able to multi‑task, and competent with basic office software.

Education and Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, typing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
