Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Coordinator NE to serve as EMS super-user for conference room scheduling and provide administrative support to the Pulmonary Nodule Clinic, the Navigation Program, and the Research Department.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary conferences, maintain patient tracking spreadsheets, and facilitate seamless communication between hospital departments, physicians, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Three to four years medical office experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and ACCESS database.
• Preferred: medical background and Epic Cadence scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end multi-disciplinary conferences and manage calendars.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and tracking spreadsheets.
• Facilitate communication between hospital departments, physicians and staff.
• Assist with documentation, logistics, and follow-up actions for patient care initiatives.
• Support clinic and program coordinators with administrative tasks and record retrieval.
