Job summary

Penrose - St. Francis Health Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee enrollment in the navigation program, ensure timely follow-up for lung cancer screening, and maintain imaging and chart accuracy using the Epic system.

You will support scheduling, manage data, and keep the Epic lung screening dashboard up to date, contributing to high-quality patient care in a Magnet Hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers within a reasonable time frame to schedule conference rooms upon request.
• Ensure new and current patient charts are accurate and up to date by locating imaging, pathology, labs result, insurance benefit information, and identification information.
• Maintain monthly ‘tickler’ file for follow up exams.
