Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules and reschedules patient procedures, tests, surgeries, and exams across multiple facilities.
• Coordinates surgery and procedural schedules with physicians, hospitals, and departments; ensures room availability, required equipment, and medications.
• Maintains relationships with patients and providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Adapts to changes and updates scheduling systems promptly.
• Informs patients with appointment details and prepares follow-up appointments as directed by physicians.
