• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare operations.

• Support Practice Manager in daily clinic operations and staff development.
• Monitor service quality and drive patient-centered care improvements.
• Oversee front-office workflows and office policies.
• Coach and evaluate front desk and support staff.
