Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to serve as the primary contact between the office and outside parties. You will help with scheduling, patient check-in, and entering demographics in the EMR.

The role involves greeting patients, registering them, gathering insurance details, performing light collections, answering calls, and using the EPIC system to maintain accurate records. Typical daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience answering multiline telephone systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
