Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH seeks a Medical Practice Representative for the Neurology specialty. You will welcome and register patients, gather demographics and insurance information, and support front-desk operations in a busy clinic.

This on-site role follows a Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule with Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering competitive benefits, day-one coverage, and tuition support including RN to BSN reimbursement.

Position Purpose

• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
• Specialty: Neurology
• Location: 5965 East Broad St, suite 260, Columbus OH 43213
• hours of office: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
