Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care in Reynoldsburg, OH. This Internal Medicine outpatient role is full-time. APRN experience in the outpatient setting is preferred; the office treats adults 18+.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
  • Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
  • Current License as RN and Nurse Practitioner in Ohio.
  • Certified as Advance Practice Nurse in designated specialty.
  • BLS provider certification; DEA license.

Minimum Requirements
