Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to serve as the primary contact between the office and outside parties. You will schedule appointments, enter patient demographics, and maintain patient records in EPIC.

Position Purpose:

• Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
• Specialty: Primary Care
• Location: 2300 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Rd, Suit 200, Reynoldsburg Oh 43068
• Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You Will Do:

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls
• EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
