Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Medical Practice Representative to serve as the primary liaison between the office and external parties. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, collecting demographics and insurance information, performing basic collections, and using EPIC to manage records.
Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of medical office experience, strong phone etiquette, and solid computer skills.

Answering incoming calls
EPIC
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
Basic computer skills required
