Northwell Health’s Norwalk Oncology practice is seeking a Medical Practice Patient Representative to provide clerical and administrative support and coordinate patient care activities.
The role involves greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance, handling calls and EMR communications, and coordinating appointments and referrals. Travel between practices may be required; hours are Monday–Friday, with a $500 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Provides clerical and administrative support and coordinates the patient care activities for medical practice.
Required: High School graduate or equivalent. Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred, Data Entry, Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal). Minimum Experience: Six months.
Ability to travel between practices as needed.
Salary Range: $18.13 - $34.50 Hourly
