Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations including staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision.
• Ensure adherence to FGP policies and procedures and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, reception, phones, provider schedules, and workflows to optimize patient access.
• Monitor patient experience, respond to feedback, and reinforce best practices.
• Manage supply inventory and medical equipment maintenance; lead staff meetings and performance reviews.
