Nemours Children's Health seeks an Administrative Coordinator to facilitate access to care across Nemours sites. You will schedule patients, manage divisional calendars, and coordinate with clinicians to improve wait times and appointment fill rates.
You will handle patient and insurer information, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and use EPIC and Qlik reporting tools. The role requires HIPAA knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills.
Facilitate access to care. This includes scheduling of patients at all Nemours sites of service. Maximize template utilization. Manage wait lists and referral work queues to ensure it meets established metrics.
Provide daily administrative support to assigned members of the clinical team; including the Division Chief. Assist in the coordination and support of enterprise/departmental/divisional projects and initiative which further
High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but will consider equivalent years' experience.
Basic knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality. Intermediate knowledge of word processing and excel.

Solid conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
