TherapySouth in Alabama is seeking a Training Specialist to oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Office Coordinators, Patient Services Assistants, and Super Techs across clinics.

You will design live sessions, create tutorials and guides, and coordinate with clinic leadership to ensure processes are taught consistently and reinforced through videos and briefings, both in person and remotely.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical or clinical office.
• Experience with insurance verification.

Responsabilidades

• Train new Office Coordinators, Patient Services Assistants, and Super Techs.
• Provide onsite or remote reinforcement training with documented summaries.
• Lead Learning at Lunch sessions for new features or policy updates.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as guides and quick references.
• Create training videos and online tutorials.
• Communicate with Director of Administrative Services about training status and needs.
• Coordinate with SOC Team on needs and software changes.
• Occasionally perform Office Coordinator duties at clinics to test processes.
• Perform other duties to support the company.
