• Assists with medical record maintenance by preparing documents for scanning.
• Assists patients with the self check in process as needed.
• Answers telephones, respond to questions, take messages or transfer calls as appropriate.
• Schedules appointments and referrals; performs patient check in, registration and insurance verification.
