Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of the medical office staff.
• Primary contact for VP, Director, or Administrator.
• Address or escalate patient concerns including billing and insurance inquiries and patient experience.
• Schedule front and back-office staff to meet needs within budget.
• Monitor and approve staff timekeeping per budget via KRONOS.
• Identify and develop office staff; maintain supplies and equipment.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and patient safety protocols.
