Hunterdon Health in Flemington, NJ is seeking a Full-time Front End Medical Office Supervisor to establish and maintain an efficient clerical department and oversee patient services.

You will supervise clerical staff, perform patient service rep duties, coordinate with the central billing office, and step in for the manager when needed. Experience in front-end medical offices is preferred.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of front end medical office experience.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of front end medical office experience or management/supervising experience of at least 1 year.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Supervision and management of clerical staff
• Proficient in all clerical and Patient Service Representative responsibilities
• Functions as a Patient Service Representative
• Functions as an administrator in absence of Manager/Director
• Works with Central Billing office to provide efficient, cohesive team
