Manatee Physician Alliance is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to manage front desk operations, registrations, check-in, and co-pays at our Lakewood Ranch facility. The MOS will schedule appointments, handle billing, and scan records into the EMR system while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Completed a Medical Office Assistant/Specialist program or Medical Assistant program preferred.
• One year of medical experience preferred.
