Job summary

Good Neighbor Community Health Center is seeking a friendly Medical Office Specialist to support daily front office operations and ensure a welcoming experience for every patient. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, verify patient information, and assist with billing and payments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 35 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
