Qualifikationen

• Schedule appointments on behalf of therapists and fill open slots when cancellations occur.
• Check clients in and out in a timely manner.
• Complete pre-appointment checks for clients and maintain records.
• Update fee agreements, eligibility, and required pre-certifications/authorizations.
• Enter payments and reconcile reports within the EHR system.
