Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Mountain Home, AR to schedule appointments for therapists, run reports, handle co-pays, and respond to inquiries from clients. The role requires 1-2 years in a medical office setting and strong organizational skills.

Work hours are full-time, on-site, with a schedule Monday–Thursday 8:00am–6:00pm and Friday 8:00am–12:00pm. This is a non-exempt hourly position in a nonprofit behavioral health provider serving 41 Arkansas counties.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of medical office scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• Schedule appointments on behalf of therapists and fill open slots when cancellations arise.
• Check clients in and out in a timely manner; complete pre-appointment checks.
• Maintain client records and ensure fee agreements and authorizations are up to date.
