Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Medical Office Representative to provide outstanding patient service in a busy physician’s office in Florida. The role supports front desk operations, revenue cycle tasks, scheduling, and patient inquiries in a multi-system environment.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of healthcare or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; physician office experience is highly preferred.

• Multitask and use critical-thinking to ensure task completion.

• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary)

• Travel: Must travel throughout Manatee County

Qualifications
