Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking a Medical Office Representative who delivers outstanding customer service to patients and families. You will join a multi-specialty team across 600 providers and 175 outpatient locations.

Responsibilities include greeting and signing in patients, collecting patient information, scheduling appointments, assisting with inquiries, handling billing questions, and supporting the health care team's daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience or 6 months in customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Position Details

• Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary)
