Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Medical Office Rep in Clearwater, FL to support a busy physician practice. You will greet patients, sign them in, assist with inquiries, and coordinate procedures. The role also involves handling lab communications, posting payments and addressing billing questions.

The position is full-time, with a typical Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, and offers benefits including PTO, 401k match, and performance bonuses. A healthcare or customer service background is preferred.

• Location: Clearwater, FL - General Surgery
• Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
• Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (May Vary)

Required Education:

• High School or Equivalent
