Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Medical Office Representative in Palm Harbor, FL to greet patients, answer inquiries, post payments, and assist with billing questions in a busy outpatient setting.

Supports the physician office team, coordinates with referral doctors, and helps ensure smooth patient checkout; requires a high school diploma and 6 months healthcare or customer service experience. BayCare offers PTO, 401(k) match and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary)
