Busy medical office is currently hiring a part time Front Desk Medical Receptionist. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. This is a long term permanent position with the medical facility.

The office is a very busy and established practice with a small staff. The family practice has been open and operating for over 15 years. They are seeking an individual who is interested in part time employment and wants to be with a company for a long time.

The Receptionist does not need experience working in the medical field however it is preferred. The position involves listening to voice messages upon arrival and returning patient calls. Schedule appointments, reschedule and make outbound calls to confirm appointments. The mornings experience a high volume of inbound calls. You will work as a team with another receptionist to greet each patient in a friendly and upbeat manner. Applicants with medical billing and coding experience or a Medical Billing and Coding Certificate may have the opportunity to learn other tasks in the office.
