Valor operates more than 50 VA CBOCs in the U.S. as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, providing a full range of services including primary care, diagnostics, laboratory, telehealth, behavioral health, and more.
As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will support patient care by providing administrative support, managing patient information, verifying clinical reminders, checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will deliver excellent customer service to veterans and support clinic outreach and enrollment initiatives.
