Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the Cranston facility and maintain patient flow.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information and ensure correct patient ID.
• Scan documents and confirm/update documentation in the system.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances; obtain payment information.
• Coordinate with Radiology and scheduling staff; verify referrals and authorizations.
• Ensure accurate post charges, payments, and proper billing information.
• Handle medical records and CD requests; assist patients before, during, and after appointments.
