Responsibilities

• Directs practice activities ensuring policies, procedures and standard practices are followed for smooth operation.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and staff to ensure quality care and good patient relations.
• Manages all aspects relating to support and clinical staff including hiring, orientation, scheduling, performance reviews and salary decisions.
• Supervises front desk, medical records and billing functions and covers essential clerical duties.
• Collaborates with practice leaders on annual budgets and strategic planning to analyze financial performance.
