In this role you will supervise the overall functions of the medical office, coordinate patient scheduling, and manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring registrations are documented accurately and efficiently to support clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, staff, physicians, and vendors.
• Ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
• Ability to operate in a computer-literate environment.
