The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of related experience, English proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, staff, physicians, support agencies, vendors and others.
• Ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
• Ability to respond to pages, telephones, and other auditory stimulation.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions.
• Able to work in a computer literate environment.
