Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Denver-area clinic. The role requires leadership of front office and clinical staff, ensuring accurate patient data, efficient scheduling, and compliant billing processes.

Responsibilities include training staff, optimizing workflows, supporting revenue cycle activities, and maintaining HIPAA and OSHA standards to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of medical office management or clinic leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a medical clinic environment.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing processes.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR software.

  • Supervise and support front office and clinical support staff.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve office efficiency and operational performance.
  • Train staff on patient registration, insurance verification, documentation, and scheduling best practices.
  • Ensure patient demographic and insurance information is collected accurately and proactively before appointments.
  • Assist with claims submission and support revenue cycle management activities.
  • Monitor front-end processes to help reduce billing issues and claim denials.
  • Maintain effective communication between providers, clinical staff, administrative staff, and other departments.
  • Order and manage medical and office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable to performance expectations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced and proactive Medical Office Manager for a growing healthcare organization in the Denver area. This individual will oversee the daily operations of a busy medical clinic, support staff development and performance, improve operational processes, and help ensure an exceptional patient experience.
