Qualificações

• Minimum of one (1) year receptionist/front desk experience required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a high-traffic medical office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors at the reception.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer multiple phone lines and document messages in the EMR.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with basic office tasks and records management.
