Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient operation of the physician's medical office.
• Schedule appointments and register patients, including demographics and insurance data.
• Enter information into the hospital computer system and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between patients, financial counselors and hospital patient accounting.
• Be the first point of contact for patients, answer calls, and monitor the waiting area.
