Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of patient care experience in a health care facility; or a Certified Nursing Assistant; or nursing/medical assistant coursework; or EMT/Paramedic; or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients, and manage the clinic appointment line.
• Answer multiline telephones and take payments for services.
• Coordinate patient check-in/out and referrals management; process billing and collections.
