About The Role

The Medical Office Administrator, internally called "Nurse Practitioner Liaison," serves as first-tier support for prescriber-level provider members, providing a high level of customer service and follow-through for their unique needs. They will build and maintain partnerships with providers and respond promptly to requests from providers, pharmacies, and clients. They will become an expert on all relevant aspects of the prescribers' practices and support company growth through effective scheduling.

Work Environment

This role is primarily in-office at our Headquarters in Northgate, Seattle, WA. Travel to other Seattle Mindful Therapy Group locations is expected to work alongside Nurse Practitioners and MDs providing in-person services. We aim to use in-office time to build strong relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring a positive and inviting experience to the team and providers.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, in person, and email.
  • Receive training to become an expert in NP/MD practice aspects, including coding, scheduling, prescribing, and lab platforms.
  • Process high volumes of records requests to coordinate care.
  • Build genuine, trust-based relationships for a personalized experience.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure PHI security.
  • Support troubleshooting challenges for providers and clients.
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm; Friday, 8am-4pm.
