Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage physical and electronic case files, including medical records and court filings.
• Assist with discovery responses and deadlines.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery documents under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate calendaring and docketing to track case deadlines.
• Assist during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
