Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• At least two (2) years of litigation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong Excel skills and excellent organizational, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle flexible hours.
• Annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring for a minimum of four attorneys.
• Document management including review, creation, and organization.
• Compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
