Job summary

Stealth is seeking a Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Monmouth County office in New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on substantive case responsibility within a collaborative, client-focused practice.

You will manage plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution, work with medical experts, conduct depositions and motions, and prepare cases for trial with potential first-chair opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution.
• Evaluate new cases, work with medical experts, and develop liability and damages theories.
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support/first-chair opportunities as experience warrants.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case status updates.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on litigation strategy.

• Comfort working with medical experts and complex medical records
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working well within a team environment

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
