  • Medical malpractice litigation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience handling pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
  • A stable and consistent employment history is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within an established law firm environment is preferred; extensive long-term solo-practice backgrounds may be less aligned with the structure of this role.
