• 0–3 years of experience as an associate attorney.

• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with defense of complex medical malpractice and healthcare liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other documents.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and litigation activities.
• Review medical records and case-related materials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others.
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and progressively take on greater responsibility.
• Develop practical litigation skills across the full lifecycle of cases.
