Community Access Services (CAS) is seeking a Medical Lead to guide our Saint Helens, Oregon residential program. The role supports adults with IDD, mentors DSPs, and helps create a safe, empowering home while maintaining clinical oversight and compassionate leadership.

You will lead daily operations, oversee medication administration, and promote resident rights and independence in a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting adults with IDD or as a Direct Support Professional.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a national background check and obtain company driver approval.

• Support daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, and household tasks.
• Encourage participation in community outings, recreation, appointments, employment, and goals.

• Mentor and model positive Direct Support Professional behavior.
