Qualifications

• Must pass comprehensive background checks and have references.
• Valid state driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Staff Mentorship & Support: coach and train DSPs to deliver high‑quality care.
• Community Integration: create opportunities for clients to join clubs and activities.
• Meaningful Activity Planning: design person‑centered group and solo activities.
• Quality Oversight: monitor health, safety, and well‑being; implement care plans.
• Collaborative Leadership: liaise with families, caregivers, and the DSP team.
