Our laboratories offer extensive services, operating 24/7, performing over 19 million tests annually, and providing testing for hospitals and physicians nationwide.

The Medical Laboratory Technician assists with laboratory testing on patient specimens, providing information for diagnosis and treatment under supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining records, using independent judgment for test results, following standard operating procedures, and assisting in developing procedures as directed by management or the laboratory director.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related science (Certification not required); or an Associate Degree from an approved Medical Laboratory Technician Program, or a Medical Laboratory Specialist certification from a military medical laboratory course of at least 50 weeks.
• Associate degree holders must obtain certification (NCA, AMT, ASCP, HEW, CLA) within 12 months of employment, or face potential downgrade or termination.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, safety regulations, and computer systems.
